Today the "small Project" got bigger yet! He couldn't help himself and cut a hole so we could see how big the void was behind the wall. And low and behold it was huge!!! So after much discussion and deliberation it was decided to increase the square footage of the room by about 200+ square feet. If we did the whole space it would've been more than double that. Rather than make it an enclosed closet (which would take more time to trim out etc.) we are just making it an extension of the room for a desk area, keyboard, dresser or closet for the future owner. So here are the latest photos.
Oh, and the find of the day were 3 Indian Head pennies from the late 1800's and early 1900's, the house is dated around 1902 so not sure how or when they got in there. Pretty cool, Kierstynn is going to throw some stuff in the void before they close it off for someone else to find in 100 years.
