Tuesday we spent all afternoon with Brian's wife Heather and the kids. Brian is working in Unalaska for the summer and Jake is out there working for 6 weeks, so we missed them, but really had a great time with the rest of his family. It's so fun when all the cousins get together.
Heather Whittern and my nephew Skyler to the right. He is 4 and about as cute as they come!
Brian and Heather Whittern's son Scout, he and my other nephew Shale are great buds.
Steven Coe enjoying his snack and day at the park.
Lunch time, mmmm...fried chicken was so yummy!!!
My beautiful neice Nikki, she is 10 (sure hope I'm getting that right!)
Right in fron of them is a water park that sprays water out of the ground it was a cool day and we weren't letting them in so they sat and looked longingly at it!
Left to right: Bryanna Salinger, Skyler Coe Whittern, Scout Whittern, Ariel Salinger, Kaitlynn Salinger.

Love that guy!

A sweet moment between mother and son. My sister in law Heather and Skyler Whittern.
My gorgeous sister in law Heather Whittern (Brian's wife). We really enjoyed our visit with her and the kids.
Not to mention I have a lot of respect for her, my brother is in Alaska for the summer making a living for his family. And yet she managed to pack up the 4 kids and all their stuff and meet us at the park for a fun afternoon!
Scout and Ariel arm wrestling, not sure who won.
Skyler and Kaitlynn arm wrestling, she is two years older than him so had an unfair advantage!
We were so thankful we got to spend the afternoon with my niece, Aileen, she left the following day for Unalaska, too. She LOVES babies and children. It's no surprise to me that she works as a Nanny. Steven took to her right away.
Sky! Need a say more! Cutie!
We're not in the water just pushing the button mom!
Kaitlynn Salinger and Scout Whittern.

Ariel trying out the rip stick, even Dan got in on it.
He finally couldn't take it any more, mom told him he would be cold but he didn't care. By the way, guess what mom was right, he was COLD! But I think he had fun doing it anyway.
Two beauties!!! Daughter and Mom, aren't they gorgeous! My niece Aileen Shaishnikoff and her mom Heather Whittern.
Scout with the Rip Stick.
After our day at the park with Heather and kids, we headed to Cory and Autum's for dinner around 5:00 and then took a nice evening walk while the kids rode skates or bikes.
